-In this document , you will find it is the city's request for bids , leases information including the city's expectation for it to be a 40 year lease and the bidding companies information 

but  also attached to it is the 2021 task force recommendations that came out of the task force report , and in it , you will find that for its entire existence , the city has not been following through on the amount of money that they should have been giving them to maintain the facility as the beverage tax was designed for .

So we ask bail out or money owed ?
